Remote MCP connectors for the Lavonio online shop (cosmetics, food & vitamins, drugstore, household & more). Search products, get recommendations, and place an order — directly inside Claude or ChatGPT.

Overview

Lavonio is an established online shop operating across 16 European markets, with a broad assortment — cosmetics & personal care, food & vitamins, drugstore, household, cleaning supplies and hobby/garden. Each market has its own MCP endpoint, bound to the local e-shop and language. The connector lets customers find products, receive recommendations, build a basket, choose a carrier (incl. Packeta pickup points on the Czech and Slovak markets), and create a real order. Payment is completed through a secure payment link — by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and on the Dutch market also by iDEAL.

Markets & endpoints

One service, one endpoint per market. The Czech, Slovak, German and Dutch markets are fully transactional; the other markets currently provide product discovery (search & recommendations) in the local language, linking to the local e-shop — full local pricing and checkout are being rolled out.

Full = product search with price + basket + order. Discovery = product search & recommendations in the local language with links to the local e-shop (ordering & local pricing coming soon).

How to connect

Authentication: None (public catalogue, guest checkout).

Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector → paste the market URL (leave OAuth fields empty).
ChatGPT: Settings → Connectors → enable Developer mode → Add → paste the market URL → Authentication: No authentication.

`recommend`	Suggest products for a need or problem (e.g. limescale, dry skin, a gift).
`product_detail`	Detail of one product by EAN or internal code.
`list_categories`	Browse the assortment categories.

Czech / Slovak / German / Dutch markets (transactional)

`find_zasilkovna_point`	Find a Packeta (Zásilkovna) pickup point by town / ZIP / name. Czech and Slovak markets only — on the German and Dutch markets v1 delivers to an address.
`set_customer`	Capture delivery details, carrier and payment; returns an order summary to confirm.
`create_order`	Create the order in the shop and return the order number + a payment link.

Expected: matching products with prices, a basket summary, and finally an order number plus a clickable payment link.

How to test (for reviewers)

Add the Czech endpoint https://mcp.lavonio.com/cz/mcp (no authentication).
Run the three prompts above in order.
For the order step, the connector creates a real order in the „awaiting payment“ state and returns a payment link.
No charge & no fulfilment unless you pay. Orders created via this connector are tagged, stay unpaid, and are never sent to the warehouse until the card payment on the link is completed. You can safely run the full flow without paying — test orders are removed by us. Please do not complete a real card payment.

Limitations

Full ordering: Czech (CZK), Slovak (EUR) and German (EUR) markets. Other markets: product discovery only for now.
Guest checkout (no account login yet) — the customer provides delivery details in chat.
Payment: card / Apple Pay / Google Pay (via Shoptet Pay). No cash on delivery in this version.
Only products visible on the e-shop are offered. Minimum order 100 CZK.
Pickup points: Packeta (Zásilkovna) supported; other carriers’ pickup points coming later.

Personal data entered during checkout is used solely to create and fulfil the order in our shop system; it is not exposed back through the connector.

Troubleshooting

The connector won't connect: make sure the URL is exactly https://mcp.lavonio.com/cz/mcp and Authentication is set to None. If a connection error appears, remove the connector and add it again.
No products found: only products currently visible in the shop are returned. Try a different or shorter search term, or browse categories.
A product can't be added to the basket: some items are hidden on the e-shop and cannot be ordered via the assistant — choose a product that appears in search results.
Minimum order / delivery: minimum order value is 100 CZK; delivery is within the Czech Republic only.
Payment link: after the order is created, a payment link is returned — complete the card / Apple Pay / Google Pay payment in the browser. Until paid, the order is not processed.
Order status: ask for the status with your order number and the e-mail used on the order.
